What is ARETION?
ARETION Consulting is a healthcare advisory firm with its own booking platform. You can book a session with a vetted advisor, or engage the firm for a larger project. ARETION is the trading name of Arkan Alray Co, a Saudi company formed in 2024 that acquired the ARETION advisory practice founded in the UK in 1986.
How much does a session cost?
Each advisor sets a fee for each session length, and you see it on their profile before you pay. Most sessions cost between SAR 250 and SAR 600, including VAT. New clients receive a SAR 50 credit for their first session, and every paid booking includes a tax invoice.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. You get a private Zoom link for each booking, the session involves only you and your advisor, and every advisor is bound by professional confidentiality.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your session; within 24 hours, 50% of what you paid is refunded. You can reschedule once at no cost before the session starts; once it has started, your advisor must approve the new time.
